What you would do:

• Drive to customer’s homes on pre-scheduled appointments

• Build rapport with customers and determine their desired outcomes

• Carefully examine the customer’s home to document and provide an accurate diagnosis of the issue(s)

• Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues

• Meet or exceed projected monthly sales goals

• Participate in home shows and other marketing events as needed

• Generate leads through canvassing and other company events

• Provide customers with a remarkable experience

What we need from you:

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience - roofing and/or construction sales preferred, but not required

• Physical ability to carry and climb ladders and not afraid of heights

• Valid driver license with clean driving record

• Must be willing to submit to background check

• Organized with a sensible approach to meeting deadlines

• Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects

• Good communicator, with strong dedication to excellence in customer service and relationships
